Designs and delivers specialised mental health and psychosocial support training to build the capacity of technical staff, teachers and support providers working with children, adolescents and youth. The trainer runs interactive, practical sessions on stress and stress response, social-emotional support, empathy, assertive care, solution-focused conversations, and emotional regulation and executive function. The role develops training materials, presentations and trainee-assessment tools, and ensures all content aligns with protection principles and do-no-harm. Requires experience creating psychologically safe, trauma-sensitive learning environments across diverse beneficiary groups, and reports to the Project Manager.
