Non-technical Survey and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education (NTS/EORE) Team Leader

The Danish Refugee Council seeks an NTS/EORE Team Leader in Hama to lead, manage and ensure the safe, effective and high-quality implementation of all Non-Technical Survey and Explosive Ordnance Risk Education activities in an assigned area of operations. The post holder is responsible for direct team supervision, field data collection and validation, community liaison and reporting in line with national and international standards (IMAS, NMAS). Duties include leading, mentoring and supervising the NTS/EORE team; developing weekly and monthly work plans and task allocations with the Technical Field Manager and Operations Manager; running team meetings and briefings; managing team logistics, movement planning, equipment and materials; ensuring adherence to SOPs; identifying training needs and facilitating capacity building; and managing team welfare, leave and performance.
