Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) Team Member - Aleppo

The Danish Refugee Council seeks a Humanitarian Mine Action Team Member based in Aleppo, with possible deployment to other areas of Syria for emergency tasks or as the area of operations expands. The post holder performs all assigned HMA tasks within the team according to their training and qualifications, as directed by the Team Leader and Technical Field Manager, including EOD, BAC, MMC and related activities. Strict adherence to safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures is required. The role works under direct supervision of the Team Leader, closely with other team members and local authorities, to facilitate safe and efficient operations, supporting other HMA teams when required and adapting to changing operational needs.
